Kat oversees product development initiatives by managing products through all stages of the pipeline, bringing concepts to life and recommending test strategies to determine product success. She also manages product launches, including product release planning and development of assets and product training. She works closely with all teams at Supportworks to ensure new products are being developed to meet dealers’ and homeowners’ needs.
