Kelsey Badenhop

Kelsey leads and implements creative strategy for the Supportworks Family of Companies by identifying project needs, providing clear direction, removing barriers and giving effective feedback across the Creative & Marketing department's scope of projects. In addition to managing the Design Team personnel, Kelsey oversees the brand standards for all Supportworks companies, ensuring consistency and quality are maintained across all concepts, mediums and executions. Day-to-day, Kelsey leads the creative development of the company’s various large-scale conferences and events by establishing and guiding the brand experience and by managing on-site event production to create remarkable experiences for all who attend.
