Jordan motivates and consults with Foundation Supportworks dealers on any customer service issues or concerns they may have. She also works closely with the director of customer care training to create tools, resources and training curriculum to further assist contractors within our Network in achieving more than they ever thought possible and ensure every customer has a remarkable experience.
