Shelly provides support to the CEO and assists with daily administrative duties. She completes various administrative tasks, including managing an active calendar of appointments, completing expense reports, composing and preparing correspondence, arranging complex and detailed travel plans, itineraries and agendas and compiling documents for meetings. She is also responsible for managing office systems, the Foundation Supportworks and Hello Garage databases and assists dealers and franchisees with day-to-day questions.
