Tiffany Seevers

Tiffany uses her strong passion for employee development to lead the team responsible for creating culture building, recruiting and onboarding high-quality employees, creating talent management processes and establishing leadership development initiatives. She also oversees our Instructional Design team to develop training resources for internal use and to ensure our Foundation Supportworks dealers and Hello Garage franchisees' businesses grow. Tiffany is also certified in DISC/12DF assessments, which help determine employees' behavioral styles and driving forces.

 

Tiffany has been active in the construction industry since 2007. Before joining Supportworks, she was an associate attorney and human resources manager for a full-service national law firm. She was also an adjunct instructor at the College of Saint Mary. Other professional experience includes serving as a congressional intern in Washington, D.C. and as a youth ministry leader. Tiffany graduated with honors from the University of Nebraska – Lincoln with a Bachelor's degree in business administration and a Juris Doctorate.

 

Purpose outside of work: Tiffany's natural energy and enthusiasm don't stop when she leaves the office. She stays on the go by spending time with family and friends, pampering her home with her gardening and interior design skills, vocal music and being an active member of her church.
