Zoey manages the workflow and workload of the Creative & Marketing team, turning project requests into project plans that she tracks from initial kickoff to completion. She uses her highly developed organizational skills to ensure that dozens of projects stay on track and are completed up to company standards while proactively planning for obstacles and opportunities as they arise.  Zoey also drives continuous improvement of various department processes to ensure that the team works as efficiently and effectively as possible.
